Studio Terms and Conditions

I. General Provisions

  1. These regulations specify the rules for using the services of the tattoo studio “Fineline Tattoo Gallery” (full name: Fineline spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Stefana Batorego 10/Lu, 31-135 Kraków, NIP: 6762668739, hereinafter referred to as the Studio) .
  2. Each customer, using the services of the Studio, should familiarize himself with these regulations and act in accordance with their provisions.
  3. The studio reserves the right to refuse a tattoo without giving a reason.
  4. The studio performs all treatments only for adults. Written consent and the presence of a parent or legal guardian during the treatment is required for those who are 16 years of age or older but not yet 18 years of age.
  5. The designs, tattoos and photos made are the property of the Studio. The Studio reserves copyright, any misuse constitutes copyright infringement, which may result in legal consequences.

II. Reservations and deposits

  1. Reservation of the date requires payment of a deposit in the amount agreed individually with the client.
  2. The deposit is included in the final cost of the service.
  3. The deposit is non-refundable unless the reservation is canceled by the Studio.
  4. In case of cancellation or rescheduling by the client less than 7 working days before the agreed date, the deposit will be forfeited.
  5. As a Studio, we have the right to change the date booked by the Client. If the Client does not accept the new date, the deposit will be refunded.
  6. The studio expects a deposit payment within 2 business days of signing up for a session. After this time, the initial booking is canceled.
  7. Pre-bookings not confirmed in time with a deposit payment are not binding.
  8. Payment of the deposit is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations.

III. Prices of services

  1. The studio does not have a rigid price list for services; each price is set individually, with a minimum of PLN 350.
  2. The price depends on the size, location, complexity of the project and the artist’s time.
  3. During the visit, the details and size of the project may change to better fit the client’s anatomy.

IV. Preparation for the session

  1. The client is required to appear for the appointment rested, in good health and not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances.
  2. The skin at the site of the planned tattoo should be clean, without irritation or lesions.
  3. The client is asked to inform the tattooist in advance about chronic diseases, medications taken and allergy tendencies.
  4. Before the start of the session, the client is required to sign a consent for tattooing and to inform the tattooist about his/her health condition, read the warning about post-surgical complications resulting from non-compliance with the rules of care or unawareness of diseases or allergies, and sign a statement of acceptance of these risks. The studio is not responsible for complications arising from concealment or misrepresentation of the client’s health condition.
  5. The studio can send SMS reminders about an upcoming appointment.

IVa. Hygiene and safety

The studio performs treatments with the highest standards of hygiene. Only disposable materials and sterile tools and products with the appropriate approvals and approvals for use are used in the work. Reusable tools are each time disinfected and sterilized in accordance with current procedures. Disposable materials after use are disposed of as hazardous waste, in accordance with applicable regulations. All surfaces in the Studio are regularly disinfected with specialized agents and additionally with a germicidal lamp.

V. Consultation

  1. The studio recommends a consultation prior to the scheduled session to discuss the details of the project, such as the design, size, location, client preferences and other issues that may affect the final result. These consultations allow the Client’s questions about the tattoo process and care to be answered.
  2. Consultation is not mandatory, but it can help avoid misunderstandings and ensure full customer satisfaction with the service.

VI. Making a tattoo

  1. The tattoo design is created with the client on the day of the session, in special cases it is possible to present the design earlier, but this requires individual arrangements.
  2. The tattooist reserves the right to refuse a tattoo in case of suspected ill health of the client, inappropriate behavior or unrealistic expectations of the effect.
  3. The studio is not responsible for the client’s allergic reactions to the dyes used.
  4. If the client’s mood deteriorates during the procedure or there is an inappropriate skin reaction, the tattooist will stop the procedure.

VII. Care and responsibility

  1. After the tattoo, the client is given instructions for care and recommendations for the healing process.
  2. The studio is not responsible for any infection or damage to the tattoo resulting from failure to follow care instructions.
  3. Tattoo corrections are free within 2 months of execution, if they are due to an error of the tattooist. After that time, corrections are chargeable.

VIII. Rules of conduct in the Studio

  1. The Studio prohibits the consumption of food, alcohol, smoking and use of intoxicating substances.
  2. The client can bring a maximum of one companion, if it does not interfere with the tattooist’s work.
  3. For reasons of safety and hygienic working conditions, it is prohibited to bring children or animals with you.
  4. The customer undertakes to behave culturally and respect the privacy of others in the Studio.
  5. If the client is more than 30 minutes late for the session, the Studio reserves the right to charge an additional fee or refuse the service.

IX. Protection of personal data

  1. Customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws.
  2. The studio does not share personal information with third parties without the client’s consent.

X. Complaints and Returns

  1. Tattooing is an artistic service, so the Studio does not accept complaints based on subjective aesthetic judgment.
  2. Any comments regarding the tattoo should be reported directly to the Studio within 14 days after the execution. The tattooist is not the person authorized to accept complaints.
  3. Complaints resulting from non-compliance with the studio’s recommendations will be automatically rejected. A touch-up of such a tattoo will be additionally charged.

XI. Gift Vouchers

  1. The studio offers gift vouchers for tattoos.
  2. The voucher purchased from the Studio is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
  3. Booking an appointment with a voucher is subject to the same rules as a regular booking.
  4. Vouchers purchased from the Studio are non-refundable.

XII. Guest artists and former collaborators

  1. The Studio is not responsible for tattoos made by guest artists or those subletting a position at the Studio.
  2. If the tattoo was made or started by an artist who has ended his cooperation with the Studio, for corrections or completion, please contact him directly. The Studio is not responsible for difficulties in making contact.

XIII. Final Provisions

  1. The studio reserves the right to make changes to the regulations.
  2. Regulations are available at the Studio and on the website.
  3. Use of the Studio’s services implies acceptance of these regulations.
