Client Information Guide

Before & After the Appointment

A comprehensive guide to help you prepare for your session and care for your new tattoo, ensuring a perfect final result.

Important Information

Before your appointment:

Arrive on Time

Make sure to allow enough time to arrive at your scheduled appointment. Our artists work with several clients per day, so being late may disrupt their schedule. If you are 20 minutes late or more, the artist may cancel your session, and the paid deposit will be treated as a design preparation fee.

Health & Comfort

check_circle

Get a good night’s sleep before your session – it will help you better handle the pain.

restaurant

Eat a proper meal — not preparing your body properly may cause discomfort.

block

Don’t drink alcohol before your appointment – alcohol negatively affects the tattooing and healing process.

Hygiene & Clothing

Take a shower — clean, well-prepared skin improves comfort during the session.

Moisturize the area where you plan to get tattooed thoroughly with lotion — proper hydration significantly facilitates the tattooing process.

Dress comfortably — avoid light-colored clothing due to the risk of ink stains.

Avoid numbing creams — in most cases, they can interfere with the tattooing process and negatively affect the final result and healing.

Note:

Tattoos done on hands, fingers, feet, knees, and elbows have a higher tendency to fade. The decision regarding free touch-ups is made by the tattoo artist.

Aftercare

after your tattoo session:

01

Basic hygiene

Always wash your hands
before touching a fresh tattoo. If you notice blood or fluid under the protective film (“second skin”), this is a normal occurrence.

02

Protective film

Remove the “second skin” film after 1-3 days. If the film starts peeling off earlier, don’t worry. Simply remove it completely.

Then wash the tattoo with clean hands using antibacterial soap. Do this 3–4 times a day for the next 2 weeks. Gently pat the tattoo dry with a paper towel.

03

Moisturizing

After each wash, apply a thin layer of tattoo aftercare cream.

  • Always use clean hands.
  • Avoid contact between the tip of the tube and the tattoo.
