Frequently asked questions

Tattoo prices at our studio start at 350 PLN for a small tattoo. This is due to the cost of single-use materials used during both the tattooing process and the preparation of a sterile workstation. The final price depends on the size of the tattoo and the artist’s experience. Pricing is always done individually, taking into account the size, placement on the body, and level of detail in the design. For larger projects, the cost is determined during consultation. For details, please contact the studio administrator directly.

You can visit our studio and talk to us in person or contact us via the contact form or through our social media profiles. Before sending a message, please read our terms and conditions. What should you write? Describe the tattoo idea, its placement on the body, and approximate size in centimeters. Is it helpful to send inspirations? Yes – photos of tattoos you like help us match you with an artist who specializes in that style.

In the case of cover-ups, we first need to see the tattoo you want to cover. It’s best to visit our studio, but if that’s not possible, you can send us clear, high-quality photos and include the size and placement of the tattoo. Most tattoos can be successfully covered, but in some cases prior laser removal or lightening may be necessary to achieve the best result. Keep in mind that cover-ups require a highly experienced artist, as it’s a more demanding process than working on clean skin. Dark, dense designs usually work best, as they effectively mask the old ink.

Before your tattoo session, make sure you are well-rested and have eaten. Get a good night’s sleep and have a nourishing breakfast – a tired body tolerates pain worse and heals more slowly, which can prolong the healing process. We recommend avoiding alcohol for at least 24 hours before the session, as it can cause heavy bleeding, making the artist’s job more difficult and negatively impacting the final result.

If you need support, you may bring one accompanying person who can wait for you at the reception. Remember, tattoos are only for adults, so it’s best to leave children at home.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that you won’t mind getting stained with ink. Avoid wearing your favorite clothes – ink may leave permanent marks.

The most important thing is to come well-rested, well-fed, and in good shape – tattooing is physically demanding, so make sure your body is ready.

We only tattoo people who are at least 16 years old. Written parental or guardian consent is required, as well as their presence during the session.

A preliminary sketch can be prepared during the consultation with the tattoo artist or on the day of the session, just before the procedure begins. The final design is shown to the client on the tattooing day, and the session doesn’t start until the client fully approves the design.

If you’ve decided to get a tattoo and already have a design in mind, but you’re wondering where to place it for the least amount of pain — it’s worth choosing an area with thicker skin and fewer nerve endings. This is especially important if it’s your first tattoo.

Which areas are the least sensitive to pain? Tattoos are typically less painful on the back (especially the upper part, though areas near the spine can be more sensitive), shoulders, outer arms, forearms, buttocks, outer thighs, and the back of the calves.

Of course, tattoos always involve some discomfort, but in these areas the pain is usually milder. So if you want a tattoo in a more visible area, don’t worry — the pain is usually tolerable in those spots.

Pain perception during tattooing is very individual. For one person, a tattoo on the arm may be painful, while someone else may easily handle a tattoo on the ribs. However, there are areas on the body that are commonly considered more sensitive to pain.

The most painful areas include:

  • Head – especially near the ear, where the skin is thin and tight.
  • Face – eyelids and lips are among the most delicate areas.
  • Neck and back of the head – sensitivity comes from the high number of nerve endings.
  • Throat and collarbones – thin skin and proximity to bones make the pain more intense.
  • Armpits and inner upper arms – these are among the most innervated areas on the body.
  • Chest and ribs – tattoos in these areas are painful due to thin skin and closeness to bones.
  • Intimate areas – not every tattoo artist is willing to tattoo in these regions.
  • Inner thighs and groin – the skin in these areas is thin and sensitive to the touch.
  • Elbows, knees, and shins – thin skin and lack of muscle make the pain more intense.
  • Fingers, toes, feet, and ankles – the skin in these areas is thin, and the bone structure causes more discomfort.

Tattoo pain is always individual, but in these areas, it’s generally the most intense.

The tattoo healing process usually takes about 14 days, although the pace of healing depends on your skin and individual predispositions. Even the best-done tattoo can lose its quality if you don’t take proper care of it. Following a few basic rules will help you avoid problems and ease the healing process.

How to take care of a fresh tattoo:
  • Wash the skin gently – cleanse the tattoo with a clean hand (avoid scrubs and rough materials) 3–4 times a day using warm water and antibacterial soap.
  • Pat dry gently – use a disposable paper towel, avoid rubbing.
  • Apply a specialist cream – which should be applied 3–4 times a day on clean skin until the tattoo is fully healed.
  • Avoid contamination – for the first few days, protect the tattoo from dirt and sweat.
  • After about 3-5 days, remove the “second skin” film – let the skin breathe freely in a clean environment.
  • Do not bandage the tattoo – using bandages or wraps can overheat the skin and damage the tattoo.
  • Avoid irritation – do not wear clothes that rub against the tattoo and may cause irritation.
  • Avoid water and high temperatures – during healing, avoid swimming pools, saunas, hot baths, and tanning (including in tanning beds).
  • Do not pick scabs – if scabs appear, do not remove them – doing so may result in pigment loss and scarring.
